Cultural Hub for the Ngarrindjeri People of the Coorong

This project involved working closely with the Ngarrindjeri people of the Raukkan community to deliver a scheme that capitalised on Indigenous values of ecological and social sustainability. The site looks over the community, the land, and the water to reinforce connection to the earth, and the formal arrangement of the various built elements, as well as the negative space inbetween, reflect a historical narrative of a journey through the land.
